- Resellers should not advertise below approved promo price without written approval.

Brand and claim policy
- Use approved phrases such as “brightening,” “visible radiance,” “gentle exfoliation,” and “hydrated-looking skin.”
- Avoid unsafe or exaggerated claims such as “instant whitening,” “peeling,” “cures pigmentation,” or “medical treatment.”
- Do not alter product labels, packaging, or official brand visuals.
- Use Lumérance with the accented é whenever possible.
Order and payment policy
- Orders are processed on a paid-order basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- MOQ must be met per tier to qualify for reseller pricing.
- Delivery fee, courier fee, or pickup arrangements may be charged separately.
- Stocks are subject to availability and confirmed only upon payment.
Territory and channel policy
- Resellers may sell through personal networks, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, bazaars, and approved retail shelves.
- Marketplace selling may require additional approval to prevent price conflicts.
